It is ordered that the trial court’s Order is affirmed in part and reversed in part. We have concluded that the trial court’s Order is impermissibly vague or unspecified as to issues one and two and reverse these portions of the Order, and remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion. We affirm trial court’s Order in all other respects.

It is further ordered that all parties shall bear their own costs of this appeal, for which let execution issue.
