Pattillo, III, Judge Presiding BEFORE JUSTICE ALVAREZ, JUSTICE RIOS, AND JUSTICE WATKINS In accordance with this court’s memorandum opinion of this date, Lindsey’s motion to correct the notice of appeal is GRANTED so the notice of appeal reflects “Melanie Lynn Bass Lindsey, Independent Executrix of the Estate of Betty Jeannette Schwettmann” as the appellant in this appeal. The judgment of the trial court is REVERSED, and the cause is REMANDED to the trial court to reinstate the case on the trial court’s docket. Each party bears its own costs on appeal.
