On Appeal from the 458th District Court Fort Bend County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 18-DCV-250789 ORDER This appeal was abated for completion of the reporter’s record. The parties have filed a joint motion to lift the abatement, reinstate the appeal, and set agreed briefing deadlines. The motion is granted, and the appeal is reinstated.
The briefing schedule is as follows: • Appellants’ and cross-appellant’s opening briefs are due on March 3, 2023. • Appellee’s and cross-appellees’ response briefs are due May 2, 2023. • Appellants’ and cross-appellant’s reply briefs are due June 19, 2023.
