ORDER The trial court imposed or suspended sentence on December 6, 2022. Because appellant did not file a motion for new trial, his notice of appeal was due on January 5, 2023. Appellant filed his notice of appeal on January 20, 2023, and also filed a timely motion for extension of time to file his notice of appeal. TEX. R. APP. P. 26.3. We GRANT appellant’s motion for extension of time to file his notice of appeal and retain this appeal on the docket of this court.
