TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN

NO. 03-22-00699-CV

Philip Emiabata and Sylvia Emiabata, Appellants v. Shirley Borgmann, Appellee

FROM THE 126TH DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY NO. D-1-GN-22-005152, THE HONORABLE CLEVE WESTON DOTY, JUDGE PRESIDING

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellants’ brief was originally due on March 13, 2023. On April 10, 2023, this Court sent a notice to appellants informing them that their brief was overdue and that a failure to file a satisfactory response by April 20, 2023, would` result in the dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution. To date, appellants have not filed a brief or a motion for extension of time.

Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(b).
