APPEAL FROM THE 98TH DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY BEFORE JUSTICES BAKER, TRIANA AND THEOFANIS AFFIRMED -- OPINION BY JUSTICE TRIANA

This is an interlocutory appeal from the trial court’s order denying appellants’ TCPA motion to dismiss that was signed by the trial court on December 9, 2021. Having reviewed the record and the parties’ arguments, the Court holds that there was no reversible error in the trial court’s order denying the TCPA motion to dismiss.
