Per Curiam Memorandum Opinion MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT We have considered the parties’ “Joint Motion to Vacate Orders and Dismiss Case Without Prejudice.” It is the court’s opinion that the motion should be granted; therefore, we vacate the trial court’s orders and dismiss the case without prejudice. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(A), 43.2(e).

Each party must bear their own costs of appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(d), 43.4.
