IN RE WISENBAKER BUILDER SERVICES, INC., Relator

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 10th District Court Galveston County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 21-CV-0951 MEMORANDUM OPINION On February 6, 2024, relator Wisenbaker Builder Services, Inc. filed a petition for writ of mandamus in this Court. See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relator asks this Court to compel the Honorable Kerry L. Neves, presiding judge of the 10th District Court of Galveston County, to vacate the trial court’s September 13, 2023 order granting “Big Tex’s motion to compel arbitration.”

Relator has not established that it is entitled to mandamus relief.

Accordingly, we deny relator’s petition for writ of mandamus.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Chief Justice Christopher and Justices Zimmerer and Wilson.
