GOV’T CODE § 73.001 (“The supreme court may order cases transferred from one court of conference. Accordingly, the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a), 43.2(f). Any other pending motions are dismissed as moot.
