Fourth Court of Appeals San Antonio, Texas May 29, 2024 No. 04-24-00078-CV IN RE WHATABRANDS LLC, Relator Original Proceeding 1 ORDER On February 1, 2024, relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. After considering the petition, and the mandamus record, the court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought.
Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
