Martinez, Chief Justice Irene Rios, Justice Velia J. Meza, Justice Delivered and Filed: February 12, 2025 DISMISSED FOR WANT OF PROSECUTION Appellant’s brief was originally due on October 31, 2024. On November 5, 2024, we notified appellant by letter that the brief was late. On December 2, 2024, we ordered appellant to file their brief and to show cause in writing by December 17, 2024, why this appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP.
