NOTICE OF APPEAL The State of Texas files this notice of appeal. The State desires to appeal from the Amended Final Judgment signed on February 19, 2025 in In re: State of Texas v. Xerox Corporation., et al.

Settlement Proceeds, Cause No. D-1-GN-19-004849, in the 459th Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas. The Amended Final Judgment disposed of all issues and parties. Appeal is being taken to the Fifteenth Court of Appeals under Section 51.012 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and under Section 22.220(d) of the Texas Government Code.
