This appeal is taken to the Fifteenth Court of Appeals, in Austin, Texas pursuant to Texas Government Code section 22.220(d)(1). This appeal involves a matter brought by the State and is not subject to the exceptions set forth in subparts (A)-(O) of section 22.220(d)(1). Further, this appeal does not pertain to a parental termination, child-protection case, or an appeal from an order certifying a child to stand trial as an adult, as defined in Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 28.4.
