Todd McCray, Justice On November 14, 2025, Romeo Alberto Ibanez-Barrera, filed a “Motion for Leave of Court to file A Petition for Writ of Mandamus,” which we construe as a petition for writ of mandamus.
See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.1. After considering Ibanez-Barrera’s petition for writ of mandamus, we conclude he is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, his petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
