Crisman v. State

Opinion of the Court

LATTIMORE, J.

Appellant was convicted in the district court of Grayson county of theft, and his punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary.

The record is before us without statement of facts or bills of exception. The indictment sufficiently charges an offense, and the instructions ■of the court seem to be in accordance .with law.

The judgment will be affirmed.
