Appellant was convicted in the district court of Orange county of assault to murder, and her punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary. The record is *1119before us -without bills of exception or statement of facts. The indictment appears to be in regular form, and the charge of the court properly presents the law. No error appearing, an affirmance will be ordered.
