MORROW, P. J.

The conviction is for driving an automobile upon a public road while under the influence of intoxicating liquor; punishment fixed at confinement in the county jail for a period of 30 days. Since the filing of his appeal in this court, appellant has filed a writ*1117ten request, duly verified, asking that the appeal be dismissed. The request is granted, and the appeal ordered dismissed.
