CHRISTIAN, Judge.

The offense is murder; the punishment, confineihent in the penitentiary for life.

The trial was had in Hays county on a change of venue from Hidalgo county.

The record is before us without a statement of facts or bills of exception. No question is presented for review.

The judgment is affirmed.
