The offense is murder; penalty assessed at confinement in the penitentiary for twenty-five years.
The indictment appears regular and properly presented. The record is before this court without statement of facts or bills of exception. The charge of the court, to which no exceptions were addressed, adequately protected the rights of theL appellant.
No error having been perceived requiring a reversal, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
