DAVIDSON, Commissioner.

Upon an indictment charging murder with mali'ce aforethought, appellant was convicted of murder without malice, and his punishment assessed at two years in the penitentiary.

No statement of facts or bills of exception accompany the record. Nothing is presented for review.

The judgment is affirmed.
