Having reviewed the Magistrate Judge’s Report and Recommendation, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge (Docket No. 8) as the findings of this Court. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the Magistrate Judge’s Report (Docket No. 8) be ADOPTED. It is further ORDERED that the above-styled civil rights action is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE for Plaintiff’ failure to comply with an order of the Court.
