Accordingly, Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #14) is DENIED, Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #16) is GRANTED, the Social Security Administration Commissioner’s decision is VACATED, and the matter is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings.
