ORDER Plaintiff Erica Latonya Dominique Thomas filed this action pur- suant to

(g) for judicial review of the commissioner’s decision to deny social security benefits. Doc. 1. The case was re- ferred to United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell pursu- ant to

(b). Doc. 3. On March 1, 2022, the magistrate judge issued a report recom- mending that the commissioner’s decision be affirmed, and the case dismissed with prejudice. Doc. 24. Plaintiff did not file written ob- jections. When a party fails to object to a magistrate judge’s report, the court reviews the record only for clear error. See Douglass ». United Servs. Auto. Ass’n,

(5th Cir. 1996). Having reviewed the magistrate judge’s report, and being satis- fied that it contains no clear error, the court accepts its findings and recommendation. The court affirms the commissioner’s final admin- istrative decision and dismisses this action with prejudice. Any out- standing motions are denied as moot.
