ORDER Plaintiff Michelle Rena Burkett filed this action pursuant to

(g) for judicial review of the Commissioner’s decision to deny Social Security benefits. Doc. 2. The case was referred to United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell pursuant to

(b). Doc. 3. On August 15, 2022, the magistrate judge issued a report recom- mending that the Commissioner’s decision be affirmed and the case dismissed with prejudice. Doc. 18. Plaintiff did not file written ob- jections. When a party fails to object to a magistrate judge’s report, the court reviews the record only for clear error. See Douglass ». United Servs. Auto. Ass’n,

(5th Cir. 1996). Having reviewed the magistrate judge’s report, and being satis- fied that it contains no clear error, the court accepts its findings and recommendation. The court affirms the Commissioner’s final ad- ministrative decision and dismisses this action with prejudice. Any motion not ruled on is denied as moot.
