ORDER Plaintiff Jay Williams, an inmate of the Henderson County Jail proceeding pro se, filed this lawsuit complaining of alleged depri- vations of his constitutional rights. The case was referred to United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell. The magistrate judge issued a report recommending that the lawsuit be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and, alternatively, for failure to prosecute or to obey an order of the court. Doc. 5. Plaintiff received a copy of this report on June 16, 2023, but filed no objections. Doc. 6. When there have been no timely objections to a magistrate judge’s report and recommendation, the court reviews it only for clear error. See Douglass v. United Servs. Auto. Ass’n,

(5th Cir. 1996). Having reviewed the magistrate judge’s re- port, and being satisfied that it contains no clear error, the court accepts its findings and recommendation. The lawsuit is dis- missed without prejudice for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted and, alternatively, for failure to prosecute or to obey an order of the court.
