On November 30, 2023, the Magistrate Court issued the Report and Recommendation, recommending that Plaintiffs claims be DISMISSED without prejudice for the failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.! The time for filing objections has passed and no objections have been filed. Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 72(b), the Court has reviewed the Report and Recommendation for clear error.” Finding no clear error, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety. Accordingly, Plaintiffs civil rights action is DISMISSED without prejudice for the failure to prosecute pursuant to Rule 41(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and this case is CLOSED.
