—Our opinion in the case of the European and American Colonization Society v. Reed (supra) disposes of the only question raised by this appeal, that is, the question of title in favor of the appellee. The question of damages is not involved in this appeal, but only the question of title. The affirmance of the judgment in this case, therefore, will only determine that question.
