IN THE SUPREME COURT OF TEXAS No. 05-0906 IN RE SOUTHWESTERN BELL MOBILE SYSTEMS, INC., SOUTHWESTERN BELL WIRELESS, INC., SOUTHWESTERN BELL WIRELESS, L.L.C., SOUTHWESTERN BELL SYSTEMS, INC., CINGULAR WIRELESS, L.L.C., AND SBC COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
