UNITED STATES AIR FORCE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS

UNITED STATES v. Airman First Class JOSHUA L. PYFFER United States Air Force ACM 38411 March 2014 Sentence adjudged 6 June 2013 by GCM convened at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Military Judge: Grant L. Kratz (sitting alone).

Approved Sentence: Bad-conduct discharge, confinement for 14 months, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, and reduction to E-1.
