CCA 1325. On further consideration of the granted issue, 69 M.J. 496 (C.A.A.F. 2011), it is ordered that the decision of the United States Coast Guard Court of Criminal Appeals is vacated. The record of trial is returned to the Judge Advocate General of the Coast Guard for remand to the Court of Criminal Appeals for reconsideration in light of United States v. Hartman, 69 M.J. 467 (C.A.A.F. 2011).
