John G. Kelley v. United States

Opinion

PER CURIAM.

This is an appeal from an order of the District Court of the Eastern District of Oklahoma, denying a motion under Section 2255, Title 28 U.S.C.A., to- *665 vacate a judgment and sentence upon the petitioner.

From the record evidence before the trial court and here, it clearly appears that the petitioner is not entitled to any relief, and the order is affirmed.
