PER CURIAM:

In an opinion published at 935 F.2d 240 (11th Cir. 1991), the controlling issue of law in this case was certified to the Supreme Court of Florida. That court has now ruled. Dim-mitt Chevrolet, Inc. v. Southeastern Fidelity Insurance Corp., 636 So.2d 700 (Fla. 1993), reh’g den. (Fla. March 31, 1994).

Pursuant to the opinion of the Supreme Court of Florida, the judgment of the district court is

AFFIRMED.
