BY THE COURT:

Jerome Weeks petitions the panel for rehearing of the May 1, 2018, opinion that affirmed the dismissal of his second motion to vacate his sentence. 28 U.S.C. § 2255. We GRANT the petition for rehearing and VACATE our opinion. We also direct the clerk to place the appeal on the calendar for oral argument.
