Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida D.C. Docket No. 8:13-cr-00421-MSS-TGW-1 ____________________ 2 Order of the Court 21-13445

Before WILLIAM PRYOR, Chief Judge, and BRANCH and ANDERSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Warren A. Zimmerman, appointed counsel for John McGuire in this direct criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and filed a brief pursu- ant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Our independent review of the entire record reveals that counsel’s assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent exam- ination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and McGuire’s revo- cation and subsequent sentence are AFFIRMED.
