2 Opinion of the Court 21-11706
Before JORDAN, ROSENBAUM, and JILL PRYOR, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM: Brandon A. Bullard, appointed counsel for Eddie Dean Cook, has moved to withdraw on appeal, supported by a brief pre- pared under Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Our independ- ent review of the entire record reveals that counsel’s assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent ex- amination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Cook’s convic- tion and sentence are AFFIRMED.
