2 Opinion of the Court 22-13377

Before WILLIAM PRYOR, Chief Judge, and ROSENBAUM and JILL PRYOR, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM: Domingo Soto, appointed counsel for Deri Hobbs in this ap- peal following the revocation of Hobbs’s supervised release and re- sentencing in 2022, has moved to withdraw from further represen- tation of the appellant and filed a brief pursuant to Anders v. Califor- nia, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Our independent review of the entire rec- ord reveals that counsel’s assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent examination of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and the revocation of Hobbs’s supervised release and the imposition of a new sentence of 60 months of im- prisonment are AFFIRMED.
