2 Opinion of the Court 22-11591

Before JILL PRYOR, BRASHER, and KIDD, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM: The Government’s motion to dismiss this appeal pursuant to the appeal waiver in Appellant’s plea agreement is GRANTED.
