Duke, Defendant-Appellant. ____________________ Appeal from the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia D.C. Docket No. 1:22-cr-00403-JPB-JSA-1 ____________________ Before WILLIAM PRYOR, Chief Judge, and ABUDU and ANDERSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM: USCA11 Case: 24-14037 Document: 28-1 Date Filed: 11/04/2025 Page: 2 of 2

2 Opinion of the Court 24-14037 Leigh Ann Webster, appointed counsel for Robert Lee Fountain in this direct criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representation of the appellant and filed a brief pursu- ant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Our independent re- view of the entire record reveals that counsel’s assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct. Because independent exami- nation of the entire record reveals no arguable issues of merit, counsel’s motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Fountain’s con- viction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
