D.C. Docket No. 4:25-cr-00047-RSB-CLR-1 ____________________

Before BRASHER, ABUDU, and ANDERSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

Juanita M. Holsey, appointed counsel for Jason Hazel in this criminal appeal, has moved to withdraw from further representa-

Califor- nia, 386 U.S. 738 (1967). Our independent review of the entire rec- ord reveals that counsel’s assessment of the relative merit of the appeal is correct.

Hazel filed a response to his counsel’s motion to withdraw, in which he argues that his counsel provided ineffective assistance. This Court “will not . . . consider claims of ineffective assistance of counsel raised on direct appeal where the district court did not en- tertain the claim nor develop a factual record.” United States v. Pat- terson, 595 F.3d 1324, 1328 (11th Cir. 2010) (quotation marks omit- ted). Ineffective assistance claims are better addressed through a collateral attack under 28 U.S.C. § 2255.

Because independent examination of the entire record re- veals no arguable issues of merit, counsels’ motion to withdraw is GRANTED, and Hazel’s conviction and sentence are AFFIRMED.
