2 Opinion of the Court 26-12477 ____________________ Appeal from the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida D.C. Docket No. 8:25-cv-00927-KKM-T_W ____________________ Before NEWSOM, BRANCH, and KIDD, Circuit Judges.
PER CURIAM: Tony Dacosta Greenidge, proceeding pro se, appeals from the district court’s order dismissing his third amended complaint.
The district court entered judgment on June 10, 2026.
Greenidge filed his notice of appeal on July 13, 2026, which was more than thirty days later. See Fed. R. App. P. 4(a)(1) (provid- ing a 30-day appeal period absent a federal party); 28 U.S.C. § 2107(a) (same); Haney v. Mizell Mem’l Hosp., 744 F.2d 1467, 1472 (11th Cir. 1984) (explaining that, under normal circumstances, a notice of appeal that is mailed to the district court is deemed filed on the date that it is received by the district court). The notice of appeal is untimely and cannot invoke our appellate jurisdiction. See Green v. Drug Enf’t Admin, 606 F.3d 1296, 1300 (11th Cir. 2010).
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED, sua sponte, for lack of jurisdiction.
