The opinion filed In this case by the learned judge of the court below (see 166 Fed. 880) has so dearly stated the reasons upon which our own determination of this ease is founded that further and independent discussion of them on our part is rendered unnecessary. Therefore, adopting the opinion of the court below' as the opinion of this court, its decree is hereby affirmed.
