PER CURIAM.

We have carefully studied the record, and the briefs "of the able and experienced proctors for the appellant a,nd the appellee. We have with equal care studied the findings of fact and conclusions of law of the learned judge who tried the cause in the court below. Discovering no error cither in his findings of fact or conclusions of law, with which we are in entire accord, the decree (3 F. Supp. 75) is affirmed upon his full and satisfactory opinion.
