Beverly Enterprises v. TRUMP

The following modifications have been made to the Court's opinion issued on June 28, 1999, in the above-entitled appeal and will appear as part of the final version of the opinion:

1. Page 4, line 15 - change the comma to an apostrophe.

2. Page 4, line 16 - change the comma to an apostrophe.

3. Page 4, line 21 - change the comma to an apostrophe.

4. Page 7, last line of fn. 2 - the period should be on the outside of the parenthesis.
