Suppan v. Dadonna

The following modifications have been made to the Court's Opinion issued on 4 February 2000 , to the above-entitled appeal and will appear as part of the final version of the opinion:

1. Page 4, second line from the bottom - "twenty-eight" should be "twenty- eighth".

2. Page 5, last paragraph, second line - "Sergeants" should be "sergeants".

3. Page 6, line 2 - "one half" should be "one-half".

4. Page 6, first paragraph under heading II, second line - "list" should be "lists".

5. Page 6, first paragraph under heading II, fourth line - "claim" should be "claims".

6. Page 7, line 1 - "list" should be "lists".

7. Page 7, line 14 - "claim" should be "claims".

8. Page 7, line 16 - "claim" should be "claims".

9. Page 11, line 7 - "list" should be "lists".

10. Page 11, second paragraph, line 2 - insert a comma after the citation and before the word "appropriate".

11. Page 12, first paragraph under heading V, line 3, "list" should be "lists" and "was" should be "were".

12. Page 14, second line from bottom - "list" should be "lists".
