Per the direction of the Court, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the slip opinion in the above case, filed November 16, 2001, be amended as follows: 1. On page 3, line 1, substitute the name "ANNE M. PATTERSON" for the name "ALAN E. KRAUS".

2. On page 3, line 20, replace ampersand between "Firearms" and "H&R" with a comma and add "& Browning Arms Co." after "H&R 1871, Inc.".
