United States (Sept. 29, 1924) 1 F.(2d) 964, Frey v. United States (Sept. 29, 1924) 1 F.(2d) 963, and Standard Oil Co. v. United States (Sept. 29, 1924) 1 F. (2d) 961. Affirmed.
