Ray Charles DEGRAFFENREID, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
William D. LEEKE, Commissioner; Dr. Crews; Dr. Neal;
Patricia Satterfield, and all unknown defendants,
Defendants-Appellees.

No. 87-7414.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: Jan. 28, 1988.
Decided: February 26, 1988.

Ray Charles Degraffenreid, appellant pro se.

Robert E. Petersen, Office of the Attorney General, for appellees.

Before WIDENER, K.K. HALL, and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

A review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal from its order refusing relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983 is without merit. Because the dispositive issues recently have been decided authoritatively, we dispense with oral argument and affirm the judgment below on the reasoning of the district court. Degraffenreid v. Leeke, CA-3:87-794-6 (D.S.C. Dec. 10, 1987).
