v.
Edward C. MORRIS; Raymond M. Muncy; James Johnson; Bobby
Soles; V. Gaglio, Defendants-Appellees.

No. 88-7760.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: Nov. 21, 1988.
Decided: Dec. 22, 1988.

David Lee Prince, Jr., appellant pro se.

William W. Muse (Office of the Attorney General), for appellees.

Before JAMES DICKSON PHILLIPS, SPROUSE and WILKINS, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

David Lee Prince, Jr. appeals the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Prince v. Morris, C/A No. 87-37-L (W.D.Va. Aug. 30, 1988). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
