William B. CAMP, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Sergeant CREECH, Officer Leach, Officer Sanderford,
Defendants-Appellees.

No. 89-7072.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted June 29, 1989.
Decided Aug. 15, 1989.

William B. Camp, appellant pro se.

Sylvia Hargett Thibaut, Office of the Attorney General of North Carolina, for appellees.

Before DONALD RUSSELL, WIDENER, and HALL, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

William B. Camp appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Camp v. Creech, CA-88-415-CRT (E.D.N.C. Feb. 23, 1989). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
