Jerome L. BAKER, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
SHERIFF OF ARLINGTON COUNTY JAIL; James A. Gondles, Jr.;
Medical Department of Arlington County Jail,
Defendants-Appellees.

No. 89-6692.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted: Aug. 24, 1989.
Decided: Oct. 3, 1989.

Jerome L. Baker, appellant pro se.

Jack L. Gould, for appellees.

Before HARRISON L. WINTER, K.K. HALL and WILKINSON, Circuit Judges.

PER CURIAM:

1

Jerome L. Baker appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion accepting the recommendation of the magistrate discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the reasoning of the district court. Baker v. Sheriff of Arlington County Jail, C/A No. 88-489-AM (E.D.Va. May 22, 1989).

2

We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.

3

AFFIRMED.
